I am sixteen years old, and I have attended seven different schools. It sounds like a lot (which it is), but the big upside is that I have friends from all over the world.

I look at my life as if it is a huge adventure story. Visiting many different countries and learning about different cultures are two things many dream of doing. Throughout my journey, I have become more open-minded to new ideas as well as learned to adapt to different situations.

It wasn’t easy. Sometimes I made great friends and had to leave them behind, and making new ones is not as simple as it sounds. I have had people make fun of me for being the new girl too many times to count. Nowadays I can still sometimes hear their insults about how I looked and acted.

Lucky for me, there were also people who supported me everywhere I went. My parents continue to encourage me to pursue my beliefs and ideas. They always try to lend me a hand. My sister became my closest friend and confidant.

Overall, my life has had its ups and downs, and there are still many more to come. I do not know what the future will bring, but I am looking forward to it. I plan to keep on moving, and shake things up along the way.
